Develop or oversee the development of processes that quickly and accurately validate customer feedback and the process to ensure timely follow up and closure of customer issues. libLeadershipb Provide leadership to ensure that business decisions are made in a manner which enhances customers experiences across all channels and business segments and increases customer loyalty. Strong management and relationship building competencies to set objectives and develop strategies that span across all facets of the business.
